Q. Can I extend the chauffeured service during the rental period ?
A. Yes. To extend the chauffeured service, contact us at +82-64-746-1772. (Available from 06:00 to 23:00)
Q. What is the cancellation and refund policy ?
A. 100% refund for cancellation made 5 days prior to the pickup date, 50% refund for cancellations made within 5 days,
and no refund for cancellations made within 2 days.
(Refunds are not available for early returns before the scheduled return time)
