Free Vehicle Upgrade	Members are eligible for a complimentary vehicle upgrade when renting a car for the 5th, 15th, 25th, 35th, and every additional 10th rental thereafter. For example, if you book a Compact size vehicle for your 5th rental, you will receive a Mid-size vehicle at no extra cost. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) registration fee and any late fees will be applied according to the upgraded vehicle type. Complimentary vehicle upgrades are not available for SUV/RV, Van, Luxury, or Imported vehicle types. Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability. If the upgraded vehicle is not available,no substitution will be provided. Thus, please request your vehicle upgrade in advance to ensure availability. Free 24-Hour Car Rental	Members are eligible for a complimentary Compact size car rental for 24 hours after their 5th rental. Members can also receive a complimentary Mid-size car rental for 24 hours for every 10 rentals (10th, 20th, 30th, etc.). This coupon applies only to the car rental service charge and does not cover the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) registration fee or other additional fees. For the complimentary car rental, customers must register for CDW with zero excess (Full-Cover). The free 24-hour car rental offer expires 6 months from the issued date, which is the return date of the 5th, 10th, 20th, 30th, and every additional 10th rental thereafter.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Without CDW, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the rented vehicle caused by you during the rental period.
CDW protects you from financial liability for any damages or losses to the rented vehicle due to your fault.

Vehicle Repair Liability
- The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the rented vehicle arising from any cause attributable to the customer during the rental period.
  The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) program reduces the customer's financial liability for damages or loss to the rented vehicle caused by their fault.
Compensation Fee for Inoperable Vehicle
- In the event of an accident caused by the renter that results in vehicle damage, the renter will be responsible for compensating the company for lost rental income.
  Specifically, the renter will be charged 50% of the standard rental rate as compensation fees.
