- The Delivery service (DS) is only for LOTTE rent-a-car members. (Please sign up for membership before usage)
- If you choose I-PIN for verification, your residence ID# will be requested to complete the rental agreement.
- The reservation must be made by the renter only. A reservation might be cancel if the DS applicant is not the actual renter.
- Service hours are different according to each location however DS is available throughout Seoul.
- DS rate is 15,000 KRW (per rent), and additional fee will be charged if the mileage exceeds 20 kms.
- DS is payable with credit card (or points) only with renter’s name on it. (Payment can not be made by cash.)
- In order to prepare the vehicle and delivery driver, reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up. The service may be limited according to the request for schedule change.
- The vehicle shall arrive at your requested location and time within 30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
- Rental period starts from the moment you sign the rental agreement.
- DS fee will still be charged to the customer if the customer cancels DS due to last minute change of mind.
- Booking time and location changes can only be made 3 hours or above prior to the appointment. Customer must directly contact the relevant point for any requests.
- DS is available for early/ delay returns, extension of rental period only if requests are made in advance to the designated location or customer service center.

- In case of accident, DS return is not possible. Please return the vehicle to your drop-off location.
- Customers are responsible for any parking fees and fines before the return of the vehicle.
- Available locations will be set automatically after you input your address.
